Free Vector Clocks can have a photo

I have added a new feature in settings - Clock Image, so the clocks can be even further customized.

One more new thing in this 2.30 - 2010.12.2 version relates to the Time Zones support. Clocks are using now the same function for the time zones computations as Windows itself.
